The service was fast at the register and serving for food as well. Clean and modern, and I like the tables, a very homey look! The beignets were bomb, now I don't have to go to Disneyland to get them!!!! I got the full breakfast which included sausage, scrambled, taters or grits. The sausage was super tasty and not too spicy. I had cheese on my eggs, fluffy and yummy, the grits were creamy and very good! Now I know where I can get great grits too. Beignets again crisp on outside and fluffy on the inside. Great place! 5 star from me!!!!
The food here is awesome, a little bit of a wait but well worth it. Got the #1 Breakfast Platter with Eggs, Sausage, Hashbrowns (which are AMAZING) and 4 beignets. We also got the Jerk Chicken Sandwhich (also AMAZING). Definitely recommend
Chicken and beignets? Yes, please! This spot is located on Market Street. The service was pretty awesome--friendly attentive staff and overall great customer service. The line looked long-ish but moved quickly, and we found a table for six right away. The food? Amazing!!!! The chicken + beignets combo is a total win--EVERYONE at our table loved their meal. Since trying it, I will definitely say be back. Delish, and worth it despite the hunt to find parking on a busy week day. Tip: Skip street parking; best luck is behind restaurant. It's right in the heart of Riverside and is a solid spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Digital high-5 to Beignet Spot!
When I saw there was a place to get Beignets in Riverside I just had to try this place! They have the cutest shop and the friendliest staff! I decided to try the chicory coffee and the beignet flight. Since I am trying to eat healthier I only wanted a taste of each. The owner/manager was kind enough to give me to go boxes so that I could save the leftovers. The service was amazing and they checked on me even though it isn't really a traditional restaurant! The beignets were the best I had ever had. I especially love the banana one that tasted like a bananas foster dessert. I will definitely return!
Must try place in downtown Riverside! We went on a very early morning and it exceeded my expectations. The coffee, menu offerings, and beignets were all perfect! I really have never had a place where I genuinely liked every single menu item I tried. Service is great too, they suggested quite a few things and it did not disappoint. Ample seating, they will bring your food to you! 10/10 I will definitely be coming back again. COFFEE IS A MUST TRY. Rating: 10/10
The best I have had outside of New Orleans. The raspberry dip is amazing Family owned is a plus. I wanted the float to go but they don't do it like that so the owner gave me a sample float OMG Delicious is an understatement
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. But the timing just hasn't been right. I was always too late. They had been closed. But yesterday was just perfect! We had just had dinner and I wanted something sweet. And we weren't far from the restaurant we were at. I'm so glad I kept thinking about this place, because it absolutely lives up to the hype. It's really nice and clean. The customer service was amazing. The girl behind the counter was super helpful. Very nice and she made us feel very welcomed. The owner was also very welcoming and checked in on us to see if we were enjoying everything. (Of course we all were) The beignets were soooo good! They had the right balance of sweetness. They were so light and fluffy. I could've eaten a whole bag full! We ordered the plain Beignets and the flight. The plain is just powder sugar. Such a classic. Was really good. Dangerous but good! because you can just keep eating them! But.... The flight stole my heart! The Flight you get all 3 of their flavors Peach Cobbler- Berry Berry- Banana Foster Omg.... All 3 were so good!!! But I really loved the banana Foster. They all weren't overly sweet. I loved how the beignets were just so light and fluffy. I wish I lived closer because I would totally go back today! I live in San Diego county. I wish we had one closer because I definitely would be back over and over to this place! Hopefully one pops up in the Oceanside area! lol But I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!
